Single-User Subscription Features

• Single-user subscriptions are activated on a specific machine
• Each single-user subscription purchase is allowed two activations for a single named person
• You are free to use any new product-version published during the subscription

Network Subscription Features

• Network subscriptions are activated on your local network
• A 'share folder' is used to host the license file
• Anyone with read/write access to the share folder will have access to the program
• Each seat allows 1 concurrent user
• You are free to use any new product-version published during the subscription
• For suites, each product's usage is monitored independently

Subscription vs. License

A subscription license is identical to a license, with these exceptions:

• It has a hard expiration date, the software stops functioning when expired
• You pay an annual fee, which is lower up front but higher in the long run
• There are no maintenance fees associated with a subscription
• There is no upgrade discount for an expired subscription like there is for a license
• There is no level-change for VisualAnalysis (Purchase another subscription, let the old one expire)
